I don't have any NYE experiences in Europe, but I was just in Istanbul, and highly recommend it for something like this - this city is booming, young and friendly.
If you want a wild nightlife i can suggest you to come to Montenegro , town Budva . Budva is famous because of it's night life
Budva is a great town for night life, even though I don´t know the temperature in December...
If you like it big and crazy: Berlin, 1 Mio. people in front of the Brandenburger Tor, Thousands of bars and clubs in Kreuzberg and around
Temperature in december is from 0 - 20 , but every year temperature is higher

Barcelona, Berlin or Lisbon are all great cities to experience NYE in Europe!!
Do you ski? Try skiing in Switzerland, Italy or Austria. Also, I heard Berlin is highly recommended. Have fun in your NYE! :D
