You might want to have a plan B as without a permanent address you will probably have a problem..
Personnally i'd take a bus to the major cities and rent a car for local site seeing.

If you check older post under this forum, you can read my detailed post on this topic. It is pretty easy here in Nevada. I have helped 4 separate TP members buy cars/vans here in Vegas. Takes 1 day. You can use your own DL or International DL, no SS number needed, you do need a local address for title and insurance.
