Two ways. One is to hit the QUOTE link at the top of the post. This will open a reply window with the question inserted in quotes.
The second way is to click on the quote button in the reply box (the buttons along the top that are B I U URL List List Item Quote Dictionary Help). This will put in tags for a quote (Square bracket open [ - the word Quote - and then square bracket close ] ). You can paste the question into your reply, and then click on quote again to close the quote. This will put [ /quote ] (with no spaces though..
