My Itinerary

Hi, im going to several countries this year and wanted to know what pack would be best for my trip. Im aiming to travel light and want a pack that is small enough to take on the plane. 35/40L is what im aiming for.

Should be ok if you are going for a pack that is more towards the 40 litres.

Tip: I have found that it is useful to have silverware and a small airtight plastic container as well as salt, pepper and some other spices. Those things are lifesavers when it comes to food. In the plastic container you can easily transport food that doesn't like getting squished such as peaches, strawberries, tomatoes, eggs, etc. You can also take leftovers with you. Say your eyes are bigger than your stomach and you cook too much pasta with tomato sauce one evening. No need to throw it away, put it into the plastic container and eat it cold for lunch the next day. And with silverware you can make yourself sandwiches anywhere - a real money saver in European countries.

Thanks, for your response. Plastic container could be very helpfull. I will have to look into taking spices etc. as im travelling to Australia and ive heard they can be quite funny about bringing any kinds of food into the country.

Then forget about the spices. They are not that important. If you find that you really need something it will be easy to pick up in Oz.
