Hey :-) I'm thinking of doing it at somepoint this year have only been looking at it seriously for past couple of days but looks like a good way of starting. How long are u thinking of going for?? Is your trip purely holiday or u planning on working? I'm abit nervous as it will be my first big trip away! x

My plans are that I am hoping to travel around for at least 3 months, doing the sydney- Cairns route, i would like to make a detour down to the Great Ocean Rd though at some point, either at the beginning or at the end.
Yes i will be going on a whv, with the intention of defo getting a job and maybe staying in one place for a bit, once i have done the travelling around part.
My dream would be to get a brill job out there, and maybe be able to stay longer than the 12mths by applying for a more permanent visa.
With regards to the Ozintro thing, i honestly do think this is what i am gonna do, as i spoke to them a few days ago and they advise that they have people coming in 2's and 3's aswell as single travellers as they also want to make new friends.
I also like the idea of there being a group of people who are all in the same boat, who have come from many different backgrounds but all have the same intention of having fun and experiencing new things on a holiday of a lifetime.
With regards to the nerves i cannot tell u how nervous i am, it is also my 1st big trip away alone, so i understand how u feel
