I'm looking at visiting the inca trails during july/August and had thought that perhaps doing a slightly different adventure. I found Gravity peru and the possibility of doing a bike ride to arrive at the inca trails. What i am curious is whether anyone else has done this tour or heard anything about the company offering this?
Cheers
I believe I heard about these people in connection to the infamous downhill route Coroico - Rurrenabaque, Bolivia. Heard a lot of good stories about that one. Then again, it may be a different company and even if it's not, there's no guarantee that their Peruvian business is of similar quality.
Then there's the matter of terrain: most cycling adventures in SA are downhill, for obvious reasons. Cycling to MP would unavoidably be uphill. Seems something for experienced cyclists only
