I've noticed that the last couple of times I've put links in posts (where I make a word or words a link rather than just pasting in the URL) it appears with the whole URL visible in the post, even though when I preview it it comes up correctly. I've played around with it for a while so I don't think it's anything I'm doing wrong.
That only shows for moderators (and only in browsers that support it). If you log out of TP and then visit the thread, you will see that the full url doesn't show. The reason to have this is to help gauge whether a link is promotional or not.
