That is plenty of time to go all those places in 3 weeks time, when travelling in Thai to Thai you should checkout cheap ass flights like 1-2fly (or is it 1-2go), Air Asia too
"Vietnam, Cambodia" - I presume you realise these are countries??? - not Thailand.
If you intend to leave Thailand and return by land check your visa durations.
On a "visa-less" entrance by land you only get 15 days in Thailand.
If possible, I would do Thailand first & then move to Cambodia and Vietnam.

AirAsia is a pretty cheap option for flying around by air.
If you use Air Asia be prepared to spend a large part of your holiday sitting in airports -without any explanation for hours on end!
they are notoriously unreliable and frequently "skip" flights so they can join 2 half full ones together or 3 or 4... - NEVER fly on the last flight out; a delay there will keep you all night!.......with some short hail flights they have a good chance of being slower than the buses!!!!!
