We have been using bulk photo uploader for our blog for the past month but for the last day or so can not seem to access it. Is anyone else having this same problem? Thanks
While there were a few less photos uploaded yesterday than the week before, it was quite marginal, indicating it's working for most people (or the issue was temporary). Is the page not loading at all, or is it the java uploader 'inside' the page so to speak that isn't loading?

It worked again at one point yesterday but for the day before then, and again now, we get a picture of a cup and saucer with a large red exclamation mark and can not proceed. Thanks for your help
Hmm, that sounds like a java issue. Have you recently switched browser, or upgraded it? I've had issues in Firefox with java before for example.
Hi Sam - I don't think so and it did work for a short while and has then stopped again. We are using a Mac, which I am not very familiar with but as we are travelling have not accepted updates from Apple so can't think anything has changed. We are using someone's wifi connection, instead of the mobile one we normally do, but would expect that gives us faster connection so can't believe it is that either.
The wifi connection should not really be the problem, unless it's so slow that it is causing issues, but that's not really likely. I have had issues with java on a mac before, though never really on the default browser (Safari). Is that the one you are using?
If so, can you check under Safari > About Safari what version it is?
Can you also double check under Safari > Preferences > Security that "Enable plug-ins" and "Enable Java" are both ticked?
Hi Sam Seems to have been the wifi connection for some reason. It did not work at our friends house but works perfectly well with our portable modem. How weird as the other connection was far quicker.....

Huh, strange indeed. Might have had some kind of extra strict security set through the modem itself perhaps. In any case, good to see it fixed itself!!
