I think two weeks is not enough time to visit all 4 countries. I can help you with Greece but in Athens you will need only two days so as to cover all the important sites. Since April is not considered a beach month you can spend the rest of your days to the mainland, Delphi, Meteora etc. Let me know if you have any question

Thanks for your advice. Yes, I know that my time is very tight. I'm still in the middle of planning my visit right now and will cut some cities if it can't work on.
So Athens is possible in 2 days. That's great! Where is the good spots to visit? Only Acropolis area in my mind right now.
If I want to go to Santorini, is it good in spring? And how may days do you suggest to have island trip in Greece?

If you want to go to Spain, Portugal and Italy, you don't have time for Santorini.
You want to go to 7 places in 14 days so I recommend you do two days per city. Also, consider transport. It will take time to get from one place to the next, so you will have even less time to explore.

In Athens you can visit Acropolis and the Acropolis museum, the Roman Temple of Olympic Zeus, the Panathinaikon Stadium (the site of the first modern Olympic Games in 1896) and the Tomb of the unknown Soldier in front of the Parliament House on Constitution Square. Finally you may visit Plaka area the old centre of Athens where you can have lunch in a nice tavern.
In my opinion Santorini is an island that you must see during your stay in Greece (besides it has been voted as the best destination in the world from Travel and Leisure tourism magazine) , so I strongly suggest 2 nights there. I believe that 4 nights/5 days would be ok for you considering that you must visit other European countries too.

Great to hear that you are coming in Europe soon. As other suggested Its hard to visit all of those cities in so few days. I would suggest to change the itinerary in such a way that cities to be visited to be close to each other For example: Barcelona, Cannes, Marseille,Nice, Monte Carlo, Genoa, Milan, Wien, Zurich etc. You can travel by train or you can rent a car for about 30-35$/day and without having to travel and not spending much money you can see many cities.
P.s: I would be happy to join you since I have almost 2 weeks off in April too.
