I am very techno challenged but want to create a blog for my last trip.
I have tried before but gave up at the first sign of trouble. Well trouble is here again but I'm determined to get at least a very basic blog completed.
The trouble I'm having is that after figuring out how to upload my pictures, now on my new blog entry some old pictures are featured and when I click other photos, all of my pictures are showing. "All 28 of them!"
As you see I'm very green but I want to have only relevant pictures showing with each entry.
I have already written most of the content and sorted the pictures by day since it was a short 10 day trip.
I want the pictures for day 1 to show with the information of day one, the pictures for day 2 with the information for day 2, etc.
And I don't want old pictures mixed in at all.
Are you talking about the pictures in the sidebar? They automatically show the latest photos you've uploaded, and indeed won't match your entry. Like almost everything in the sidebar, it's a way for your visitors to see what other things you've done on travellerspoint. If you don't want that, you can simply remove them from the sidebar by going to the settings page for your blog and selecting "no photos" for the "Show photos in navigation" option.

I followed your instructions and it worked fine but how there are no photos to be seen.
Isn’t there a way I can have only the pictures related to the day I am writing about showing with that information? Like a pictorial trip report?
You can insert the photos at any point in your blog entry (as you did in your Japan blog) by clicking on the little rectangular "picture" icon just above the big textarea where you write your blogentry. Select a photo in the popup window which then shows, and it'll insert a line of "code" into your blogentry which will make the photo appear when you post it.

I didn’t put in the pictures for my Japan posting. My daughter was showing me how and of course I didn’t learn it before she went back to the States. Now I can do it and get my pictures to tell the story.
