Hi, Im flying to Auz in September, not booked anything just yet as Im trying to find the best place for work?
What type of work ?. Do you want to go fruit picking or work in a bar or build a sky tower or what?
There are jobs everywhere. Getting one a different story. Clarify.

Yeah suppose i should have gone into more detail.
Im willing to do fruit picking as im hoping to earn plenty of cash and not just enough to fund my travel, also wouldnt mind working in a bar, admin work aswel etc.

Earning plenty of cash as a backpacker is a nice dream, but not very realistic unless you have an in-demand skill (IT, nursing, maybe construction). That's not to say it's totally unachievable; be able to sell yourself well, put in lots and lots of hard work, and get a lucky break or two, and you might just do it. But for most backpackers, the reality is that it's just the low paying jobs that are easily available. For most types of well-earning work you're competing with a local who's going to hang around for more than a year, so to get an edge, you'd need to be either very highly qualified, or be willing to work for much less than the regular rate.
