Hi,
I don't want to join your tour but was wondering whether you guys are dead set on going in June? My husband and I went in February on a group tour - but we were the only ones in the group and it was fantastic!... no hassle with the permits, hardly any tourists and as far as I could tell - the authorities are alot less stringent or temperamental before March...
It seems they change their rules and regs every year for the season between March and August...
Just a thought...
