questions about paris and south France

I'm travel solo this time, to take a week exchange program in paris, I think my calendar will not so busy after 5pm, so any recommendation about paris night life? place or program? I totally have 6 nights in paris, I would like to see and feel typically Paris.

Paris at night:

July and August, most of the French head down to the south of France (with tourists from other countries also) and it gets VERY busy there. A place to avoid then.

Lots and lots to see in northern France and buses and trains will help you get around though you'll see far more with a car, though car hire is not cheap in France.

I live in rural NW France and all the countryside you could ever wish to see there.

really helpful, maybe I need consider change my route then,

Thank you so much~

Hi,

Regarding Paris nightlife the Latin Quarter is always very animated! I believe the Var area in the South of France doesn't get as crowded as Nice or Cannes and has many beautiful villages.
It's is true that it isn't cheap to travel in France.
Here's an article confirming that France has many regions of beauty but remains a costly place to visit:

I have been to Paris twice and would definately say go to the Eiffel Tower at night. So Much better than during the day! (I have also been during the day) So that is something to think about
