I did indeed read the posted rules and have filled out most of the questions on the application. However, two questions are troubling for us:
My filipina GF is living with me in Thailand. In question 17, they want her home address.
If she answers with her Philippine address, she has to answer No on #18, since she resides at home. Immigration then can ask her why is she applying in Thailand? Because her boy friend lives in Thailand? Suggesting she apply in the Philippines is not possible.
If she gives her home address as Thailand, she answers Yes in question 18 and is then required to give the number of her residence permit. This may be a requirement of some countries, but not required in Thailand. What to do? Would her educational visa(good until September 12,2013 and restamped at Thai Immigration before the 12th and good for another three months) act as a substitute for a residence permit)?
