Hi,
You could strip off with a towel around you, or you could climb in the shower cubicle (water turned off) and strip off, put your things into your bag and your clean clothes on top for quick access. Do your thing, then dry off and get dressed in the shower cubicle.
Ta Da! No dodgy stripping in the middle of the bathroom...
Just get changed in the showers or bathrooms, which unless they're ensuite are likely to be single - sex anyway.
