So, I've finally bit the bullet and decided to go travelling. I've been wanting to do this for a while now but always put it off as I've not found anyone that will actually come! My friends find it difficult to organise a night out never mind travelling.. so I'm doing it alone! My plan is to do Thailand first then Australia. I've never travelled before. The only place I have been by myself is Spain, so I could do with all the advice I can get and even better a travel buddy?!

Hey, I am going alone at the minute. I have one mate that is undecided but I don't think its likely TBH. I don't have anything booked yet, I was planning to book it in the next few weeks end of FEB the latest. Im open to an exact date & would like to find somebody to go with. Im sure it wont be hard to make friends there but having someone with you at the beginning will be a good start.
What way are you thinking of going up or down the coast?

Yeah that's like my situation at the moment with my friends. I'm going to have something booked on the 6th, payday!!
My plan would be to start of in Sydney and end up in Cairns! But I am looking at doing thailand first. Would this be something you'd look into?
