Hello guys, I'm new to the whole travel forum stuff so I'll try and state my enquiries as clear as i can.
I'm going to be going on holiday with my family in October to San Fransisco, Los Angeles and Hawaii. I understand that there is lots of stuff to do such as surfing, golden gate bridge and surfing. How ever i'd like to know if any of you could inform me of the small stuff that is over there? Negative and possitive, even if you want to mention your favorite small cafe, or a day out that you did, anything really that you liked or disliked.
thank you for reading

Adam,
You really should check out the Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco. There is much to do in just that area alone. There are some great restaurants in that area as well. A day trip from San Francisco to Napa Valley is fun for wine lovers. Hawaii is diverse depending on what islands you will be staying on. There are always great surfing and kayaking for the adventurous travelers. If you are on the island of Oahu, spend some time at the Polynesian Village. Give yourself at least a full day there.
