EasyJet must be the worst airline I have ever come across, I have had the pleasure of Booking a flight recently with this Airline for the 20th of December and it was cancelled.
This was very strange as other Airlines were still flying but not EasyJet. They came up with different excuses about why they could not fly but none made a lot of sence, as I was flying to a country that did not have any snow.
Having travelled for over 3 hous to get to the Airport, then checking in and proceeding to the boarding gate only to be told your flight is cancelled, told some very lame excuses as to why it was cancelled, then to top it all no help was given, no alternative flight, nothing ! instead they shoved a piece of paper in our hands and told to go collect your bags and leave.

I find it helpful to check things over here, to see a pattern of certain airlines.
Now, I don't mind delays, cancellations, but what I extremely hate is bad communications and rudeness like you described. That's why Transavia will never be on my list again! Just like London Heathrow airport

You are right mate, thanks for the link and I checked it out and found to my surprise that Easyjet is rated as a three star, That's a big surprise ! they certainly dont deserve more then 2 stars.
And
I know what you mean about Airports, Gatwick is the worst one I've seen, and what is it about airports that they never seem to have enough chairs ? seems they expect all travellers to sit on the floor!
I love Easyjet. If I pay £10 or so for a flight then I take my chances. Them are pretty good odds! They are a budget airline, get used to the way budget airlines work and they are great. Just don't expect BA style service.

Agreed. It's just a matter of getting the right perspective.
I travel with Ryanair because it's the only airline I have easy access to. If everything works out OK as it does generally, you've had a cheap flight. If something goes wrong, well it can happen with any airline, even the big name airlines.
It isn't just airlines. One year I travelled 3 hours to Newhaven (UK), did a 4 hour ferry trip in storm force 11 winds, the sea was so rough at Dieppe (France) we could not get into the harbour, which should have been obvious because the winds had been blowing for 12 hours so we should not have sailed. We turned back, so another 4 hours of very heavy seas and people being sick and another 3 hours drive home. All I got out of it was a ticket to use another day. Not even my fuel refunded.
