If you arrive during the day or early evening ours you can also use Bell Travel. Bell Travel runs a bus service from the terminal to Pattaya. In Pattaya Bell transfers you to a van for delivery direct to your hotel. I have used Bell Travel several times and I like them! Only problem is if you arrive real late then you can't use them because they stop running after 6 PM.
Price 200 baht.

Here is a link to a bus service separate from Bell Travel. Both Bell and this Roong Reuang Coach bus company leave from the first floor of the terminal. The times for this bus are on the hours Bell isn't scheduled. These buses run later than Bell Travel. I never used this service. I believe they stop at the bus terminal on Sukhumvit Road, Pattaya to drop off passengers and then on to Jomtien.

Price on a brochure I picked up a couple months ago says 124 baht.

Good luck.
