Hey I have been looking at flights already and for when I went to go they aren't a bad price as I thought!
Is that to Australia? If so that's a good price. I have flown with Malaysian and they were fine. Kuala Lumpur is a worthwhile place to stop too if you are planning on breaking up the journey.
Yeah that is to Australia plus begin of December.
I wasn't planning on stopping there was planning on going st8 to Oz as I am impatient and just want to get there lol!!!
Malaysia Airlines is my preferred carrier whenever I fly to Malaysia (I've also flown with KLM and SIA before) and the service is always excellent, the staff friendly and attentive.
Had a quick google - last year the cabin crew won the Skytrax Best Cabin Staff Award, the airline came in 5th for Best Economy Class Award, while on overall performance as an airline, they were ranked 9th best in Airline of the World Category.
Oh ok thanks so that is a good deal I want to book it now!!!
But as I want to do the Oz Intro I don't know the dates yet, so hoping it stays at that price when the dates come up on Oz Intro so I book it the right date.
I'll just throw into the mix that I flew them to Australia last year and it was most enjoyable. Staff are very attentive, and especially the satay sticks were to my liking If you can though, try and stop off on the way back at the very least. Malaysia was great for a visit!!
Sam, those satay sticks are not quite as good as those you can get fresh at the hawker stalls in Malaysia itself, bbq-ed over coals. Gnom gnom... (now you're making me hungry)

True, but for airplane food it sure was up there for me Pretty hungry over here myself now....
Indeed. They do have good grub as airplane food goes. The only one complaint I've heard of MAS from anyone I know was an Irish friend who wasn't taking delight in the durian ice cream he was served. I've tried to convince him durian is great but I'm afraid he's never going to buy my argument no matter how.
Dani, I would echo the sentiments of both Sam and Bex76, if you have a little extra time, a stopover in Malaysia would be an interesting option.
