Seoul Motel in Itaewon is very cheap and centrally located. It is above the McDonalds in Itaewon and costs 40 000 won in the week and 45 000 won at the weekends, which is 35 and 40 dollars US. I live in S Korea and always stay at this motel when visiting Seoul. It is in the "foreigner" district of Seoul so many people speak english which will make it easier for you for your first visit here (by the way, your name is very rude backwards as I am sure you know, hehe!!).
