I would think about buying more things when you get thier, take a pair of Jeans and one other pair of pants, a couple of Jumpers/sweaters and a couple of shirts. take a few pr of socks and a few pr of nickers/underwere. You can always wash clothes in the sink and so on. Take a Jacket with a hood as well and thier ya go. You can always buy more while you are thier

I recommend the following:
Bring 1 jeans (aside from the one you are wearing on the plane) and 2 slacks (polyester pants).
Ten boxers/briefs should do the trick for undies.
Instead of a ton of sweatshirts I would go for longsleeved button downs with a T-shirt underneath. Say 1-2 sweatshirts, 2-3 button downs, 3-4 T-Shirts. When it gets hot you can then wear a t-shirt and one of the slacks.
Making an educated guess I think that you'll run into many men with polyester pants and button down shirts, a style that in Europe or North America would be laughed at as "mommy's little choir boy". It is a similar attitude to the 1950's in North America - you do not wear jeans in polite company.
The jacket should be a wind- and waterproof one with zip-in fleece. Warm enough for -10 C, yet without the fleece comfortable when it is +10 C.
You'll be there for 5 months and most of the time stuck in one place. Consequently there is no need to limit yourself too much, no point in aiming to fit everything into a 30 liter daypack.
What I strongly recommend though is that you pack some stuff that you can easily leave behind. Say the gigantic fluffy pillow that you picked up on a sale for 10 CAD. Take it with you, no matter how much space it takes and throw it out. Same with that old duvet cover and pillow case that you still have from when you were ten and you loved Superman - take them with you and say goodbye in the end.
You'll acquire quite a lot of things during your time in Morocco, therefore it makes sense to travel with space in your bag. Otherwise chances are that need to buy another bag.
Go for something that has around 45-55 liters, that should serve you well enough. A 60+ liters bag or suitcase would be too big.
You'll also need a small daypack/college book bag, bring that too and use it as carry-on luggage on the flight and for weekend trips around Morocco.
It might make sense to bring a daypack that is a bit larger, large enough to carry all the really essential stuff plus a change of clothing. 25-35 liters would be a good size. This way you could use the bag for a 10-day trip at the end of your semester in Morocco. You could send your big bag home ahead of you or put it into storage and then travel unhindered around Morocco or some country in Europe.

Your suggestions are really helpful...as for the polyester pants, lol I wrote that mainly cuz I was readin some other post and thought maybe its has some material qualities that are good for travelling? ...don't worry no disco nights planned lol! Maybe nylon pants are a better option?

The big question about the pack is - are the 64 liters with or without the 18 liter daypack?
If the 18 liter daypack in included in the 64 liters you don't need to worry, it won't be too big. (Although for Morocco a real backpack might have been better, you'll be carrying the thing a lot. Backpacks are like shoes, difficult to order online; each back is different and you always need a pack that fits your back.)
Whether to take Nyln or Polyester pants: Nylon/Polyester is too broad a designation. You need to actually see and feel the material. I personally like mixes best, say 50 % polyester and 50 % viscose or similar. It is very difficult to explain. You should look for slacks that you do not need to iron, they should be "wash and wear". The pants should also be abrasion resistant. Moreover they shouldn't look like travelling clothes, more like suit pants. If you can go into a shop and ask for the shop assistant's help, have them explain the different materials. Touch and feel the material so that you know what you are looking for. Don't be afraid to go into a shop for women's clothing for this, they usually have a larger range.
