The easiest place to go in peninsula Malaysia is Taman Negara. Although you don't need a guide for walking, you might be able to get one at park HQ who is good in flora and fauna.
Frasers Hill is good for birds, not sure if there are any tours nowadays.
Kuala Selangor mangroves are good for birds, but is mangroves, not jungle.
