Space missing between names on e-ticket.Will this a problem?

Hi,
i've booked some flights to travel inside India from a www.edreams.com. My name is Mario Correia de Sa and i used the name Mario (as first name) and Correia Sa (as surnames) and the e-tickets came as MARIO / CORREIASA (with no space). Do you think i will have problems boarding this flights?

You must..MUST!! get in touch with the airline straight away. This could very well pose a problem.
E-tickets are generally needed to have the same name as on the p/port.
Good luck.

Even if the missing name is just a "linking name" such as "de"? I read somewhere that this names could be left out in the tickets...

I think your exagerating a bit. It will be no problem, I have had a ticket before where my name was spelt alot worse than that and no problem. Giving them a ring doesn't hurt thouggh does it?

I'm not suggesting that there 'Will' be a problem, but it is still a good idea to contact the airline, as there could be.
If you read the smallprint of many airlines, it states clearly that the names on the p/port and boarding pass must match.

I called Jet airways representative here in Portugal today and they told me there was no problem. Ty both for the help.

Good news.
The trouble is, you hear a story such as yours which has worked out 100% in your favour and you hear a similar story from someone else, where it has turned into a disaster because their name doesn't quite match.
Nice result then.

hi. if you hear otherwise then it's always good to double check.

but when i was in India and had internal flights, we booked through a couple of local travel agents. when we got the tickets, my name Simon Johnson was spelt something like Simond Johnes and somehow they still let me through. so i wouldnt worry too much,

that was with Spice Jet who i think are one of their better domestic airways.

Good news. My flights are with Jet airways and Air India. I called portuguese jet airways representative and they told me it was no problem. To be sure i also called TAP (portuguese main air line) told them i had the same problem with one of their flights and they told me the same, not to worry.

Ofc this doesn't mean i won't get there, face someone having a bad day who gives me a hard time. But nothing more i can do now Just can't wait to November 26th to go :D

Ty all for the help.

Nice result.
Incidentally you could get to there with all your docs being 100% in order, join the queue with someone having a bad day and still they gonna give you a hard time.
The check-in staff at airports sometimes think they are far above everyone else on the planet. Then again who are we, standing in the queue, to argue?
