I went to SW Iceland last august and had an amazing trip.
I am dying to go back this year, ideally August/September travelling around the ring road, and a few excursions into the interior highlands, to see the amazing landscape and geology = NOT a partying or sun bathing trip!
Yes ! im interested... im thinking about going to iceland anyways at this point of time.
your discription of your plans fits pretty good to what i had in mind..
i might go to scandinavia for some time either before or after...
im a 21 year old german guy. got travelexperience and love hiking, camping ,hostelling...etc....
