If i have a criminal record for fraud and am on probation can i travel to belize from canada and get into belize ?
That's pretty much between you and your probation officer. Though if the question is about being allowed in to the country, then I would guess so, but someone else here will know for definite.

If you are on probation, don't you have to report regularly to your probation officer? There will be nothing on your passport about your misdemeanor so unless you tell them, the customs at Belize will not know about it.
