Who has experience of leaving Ecuador for Columbia o Peru without "salida" stamp of Ecuador and having got "entrada" stamp in Colombia o Peru?
I got a 'salida' out of Peru ok, when I was going to Bolivia.
Yesterday I came back to Argentina, about my third time on this trip. I came from Paraguay, over the bridge from Encarnacion in Paraguay to Posadas in Argentina over the Rio Paraguay.
The bus driver wouldn't stop at the Paraguayan side when I asked him, so now I've now exit stamp out of Paraguay but I have another entrance stamp for Argentina.
I guess it's no problem unless I ever want to go back to Paraguay. I can't really think of anything that would want me to go back though.
Paraguay gets very few tourists/backpackers. The people you meet on the street and in shops are friendly and helpful, there's just not a massive amount of things to draw people to Paraguy. Although the lack of backpackers comapred to other S/American countries might draw some travellers.
I know a bunch of people who got in trouble for not getting an exit stamp.. Are you in Ecuador and over your visa?
hi. i overstayed my 3 month visa in ecuador and my flight was out of colombia. so i crossed my fingers and proceeded to the rumichaca crossing and got an entry stamp into colombia without an exit stamp from ecuador. however, this was because the entry stamp that i had gotten when i traveled from colombia into ecuador at this same border was stamped with very light ink. the official in colombia could make out that it was a stamp out of rumichaca, but the date was unclear as well as the fact that it was an entry stamp and not an exit stamp that he was looking at. i hope this helps. otherwise to get an exit stamp from ecuador if you overstayed, you pay a $200 fine.
i forgot to mention, that i had first tried to continue traveling to peru, but was not allowed to continue oficially because i did not have an exit stamp from ecuador.

It would help if the OP told us why he wants to know...
In general, getting your stamps wrong means a world of potential trouble, especially if you ever want to come back, or if you need a visa in order to enter destinations later in your trip.
