This is a problem with the website hosting the videos, fliqz, which is giving a 500 internal server error for the thumbnails. Presumably they'll fix that within a day or so.
Yeah, I contacted them about this actually. Haven't heard back yet, but that might just be due to the weekend.

Aiaiai, apparently that email that I *thought* was spam was in fact a legitimate email from Technical Support. Hah. They had decided to change the location of the thumbnails on us. Always a nice thing to do! I've just fixed that up so it points to the correct spot now. Seems to work again.

lol, very understandable. Currently, almost all emails and forum posts are spam

Hehe, glad you understand. With the from address being "Technical Support" I guess I straight away assumed it was spam That just sounds too dodgy. Now, better go check if those offers to transfer $100,000,000 were real or not
