If I booked numerous hotels via Travellers point , and all the transactions were successful , but 1 or 2 of the Hotels did not receive anything , Who do I contact?
I just replied to your PM. All of the properties are notified several times (in different ways) of each booking, so the person you spoke to/emailed with probably just wasn't looking in the right place. Nevertheless, it is worrying so good of you to take it up with us so we can give the property management a bit of an earful!
