I finally bought my ticket and am very happy to announce that I will be in Buenos Aires by the end of August!!! I'm planning on staying for several months (the goal is 4 months but we'll see how long I'll make it), and would like to get in touch with people who are already there or will be there around the same time! I'm interested in making friends and getting some tips on (budget) accommodation, spanish courses (do you know of any place that has emphasis on phonetics and pronunciation?) and possible jobs (or someplace where one can be useful). This will be my second time going to Argentina, only this time I'm hoping to get the most out of my time there (last time my life revolved around going to spanish classes and trying not to freeze). I'm also interested in travelling around Argentina and neighbouring countries, so it would be nice to plan little field trips together.
