Safety in Portugal: Foreign Commonwealth Office statement

In the Foreign Commonwealth Office website they state the following about Portugal:

It is completely ridiculous. They state the exact same thing for effectively every single country in the world (I tried Netherlands, Germany, Italy and Peru). You can safely ignore it.

I'm with Sander 100+% on this one.
Sure, there could be a flare up at anytime, but so there could anywhere in the world - unexpectedly.
If you look at the FCO advice thing (which I gave up glancing at years ago), it says that there is a threat everywhere. I'm not joking, if they put up a site about Ailsa Craig (look it up - if you're not familiar with it), they'd say that there could be a civil war there any day now.
The only problem Portugal has at the moment, is a financial one - then again, who hasn't?
