hellos Everyone I'm thinking about going to Santo Domingo this summer for a little over a month. And my question is to where can I stay to not break my pockets? I was thinking of finding a short term apartment because I actually want to cook intead of going out to eat every night. Do anyone knows about some short term rentals in DR?? and also I want to travel to Santiago to visit friends. Should I rent a car also? And if so is it expensive and what kind of liscense do I need?
