Me and my boyfriend are currently in france, but looking to head south in the next month.
Unless it's a bit too far south for you, there's a place just north of Agadir - . Not being a surfer I only passed through it, but it seems to be the place to go.
Best surfing is on West facing Atlantic coasts.
The further South, the warmer it gets.
The Moroccan atlantic coast is around 20C in December.
Many N Europeans head for the Canary Islands in winter and there are cheap flights available.
