Have you been to the wine bar which is next to the Brass Monkey in William Street, Northbridge? Sorry I don't remember the name of it, but it looks like it would serve up just about anything even though I've only ever had wine there. Not being a cocktail drinker I fear that mostly you'd have to go to one of the big accommodation hotels in the city.
