Not sure, the US does is not part of the working holiday visa programme like the UK and instead has seperate work and holiday visa arrangements.

No they are not - the option is only available to holders of a Working Holiday Visa, as opposed to the Work and Holiday visa a person from the USA would have.

mojorob is right, although I don't blame anyone for this being confusing. Not sure what idiot came up with a name so similar to the working holiday visa for the US one!
