congrats to you... I was in all these cities and must say that Paris and Rome for me are the most romantic of all of them. They have much to offer and I know that 4 days in Paris was too short for me... but it all depends on what things interest you.
What about Barcelona, Spain, or Dubrovnik, Croatia? They are also a amazing places.
