My brother use to order made-to-order suit in a shop in MBK center. There is also a 24 hrs making too. Price is ok and cutting is good. There are many styles of fabric both for men and women. Actually, there are many shops of suit tailors in BKK. It depends on where will you stay in BKK as well ,and most of business area and famous tourist zone got it! ^+*
By the way I'm sorry I can't remember the name of tailor in MBK but if you interest in this shop I'll check it up again then.

Unless you get a personal recommendation, from a personal friend, shopping for tailors in Bangkok is really walking a mine field.
If not scared off, give me a ring when you show up and I will swing by in my tuk tuk!
Have a look at Tailor On Ten, in Sukhumvit. Pretty transparent, good products and good service.
Don't know if anyone is still interested but we used Thai Square fashion (both male and female) when we were there 5 years ago, and they now send a tailor out to Sydney around twice a year as well. Prices are awesome, and quality is fantastic.
There are a number just north of the Indra Regent centre on Ratchapharop Road. A 73 or 204 bus from the stop opposite the Tokyu store of MBK will take you to Indra Regent not much over a mile away. Get off there and carry on walking for a few minutes.
There are enough tailors about that you should be able to get a good price on a suit. Shop around a bit.
