I got a letter in which is reservation that I actually made, in next letter is link which is pointing on my travelerspoint booking where is completely mess, there is booking which I didn't make. I have used in the passed booking over travelerspoint and I didn't have this problem. Who can help me with my problem.

My second problem is, that I can't find anybody here to help me with this.
I booked two nights in room with 6 beds for 1 person, that was in first letter of confirmation which I got, and that is Ok. But in second letter is link to my bookings, where is stated 7 nights in room with 4 beds for 2 persons, which is mess.
I have just taked with the hostel stuff, and they confirmed me, that they got right letter of reservation. But that one, stated in my bookings is wrong.

Hi a_grassl, I've sent you a response by email now. It was unclear to me what the problem was from the email, but after reading more information in this thread, I can now see what the issue is. I'll look into this to see what's going on.
Since the email you received is correct and the hostel has the correct information, the booking is in fact all in order, so that much is good.
The problem here is to do with how it's showing that booking on Travellerspoint. Thanks for forwarding this bug on to us.
Thank you Peter for your response. In my bookings on travelerspoint my previous bookings are Ok. Just this one new is problem, which is in Upcoming Stays.
