Cheapest time is probably any non-holiday period between November and early March. For some reason we get more rain from December through March than we do in November, so I'd say come next week (before Thanksgiving or else the week right after for best rates and still okay weather). Note: We are expecting rain already at the end of this week--yet it was 75 degrees everyday up until yesterday. So these things are definitely hit and miss.
