Injections for Asia?

Im going to India and South East Asia in March for a few months, does anyone know if you need any injections/malaria tablets etc?

For South East Asia I would recommend tetanus, typhoid fever, Hep A & Hep B injections, if you don't already have them.

We took malaria tablets when we were travelling outside of the major cities in Vietnam, and when we were in Cambodia and Laos. I've seen quite a few comments about malaria tablets making people sick, but I took doxycycline and never had any issues.

Thanks for the advice. Do you know if you need to take injections/tablets well in advance?

Ive also been jabbed up for rabies .... depends on how far off the beaten track you want to travel, and administered in 3 jabs over a 28 day period.

And doxycycline you take 2-3 days before risk areas. Different anti - malarial tabs for different areas.
All the best !
