Insurance and Visa

Drizzy has indicated that this thread is about Visas (Thailand)

Every country has different rules for visas - not good for me to generalize about them, and it also depends on what passport you hold. For instance, when entering Vietnam more than once, a multiple entry visa is required. Now recently I also entered Turkey twice, but their visa is good for a length of time and includes all movement across their borders within that time frame.

You must prearrange your Vietnam visa* - the visa on arrival must be prearranged there. Even when you don't know the exact dates, you can still arrive after (but not B4) the starting date, and if you stay beyond the last date, an extension can be bought.

(*Vietnam Visa - certain Scandinavian and Asian citizens have different rules or are exempt)
