And also which month is a good time to visit all these countries? I dont want it to be to hot but then I dont want to be stuck in rainy season.

Sounds like a trip that extensive would take more like 15 months! First of all, you can't generalize about so many different countries, but I do know that in Thailand and Indochina, that there is very little checking for onward travel (this might not be accurate if you have darker skin or come from a poor country). Same goes for weather, all of these countries have different rain and weather patterns. It would be easier if you let us know where you come from and what kind of passport you hold. Im from the United Kingdom so hold a UK passport, I have as much time as it takes and hopefully enough money saved for this.
I was planning to leave July but was told weather would be better in Sept/Oct time, not sure where to go first either, I was told Thailand as its central and easy to book transport but if I start in Cambodia I can work my way south through Laos, Vietnam and then Thailand and wont be going back on myself. It will be my first time travelling and going alone so I really have no idea at the moment
