Soadie has indicated that this thread is about Europe
Hi Soadie, I am not an expert for travelling in Europe by train. But when I am travelling with the Deutsche Bahn in Germany I am using the very helpful APP DB Railnavigator (http://www.bahn.com/i/view/GBR/en/prices/individual_planning/railnavigator.shtml). Deutsche Bahn is offering different rail passes (http://www.bahn.com/i/view/GBR/en/prices/index.shtml).
Bye Bernhard
Presuming you mean with 'Interrail' some sort of pass or purchasing tickets from an agency - that is highly unlikely to save you money. The hugely comprehensive guide - http://www.seat61.com/ especially the section on RailPasses will certainly assist with the learning curve.
' Im gonna sleep in them to avoid the cost of hotels' - ha, ha, ha - you think? How many long journeys equaling a night's sleep do you think are even likely? How shattered do you want to be when site seeing during the following day? And there are not many rail companies which permit you dossing.
