Hello! I'm heading to Nairobi in a few days (all a bit last minute), I was told I can get a visa when I arrive, but i-m arriving at 23.00, maybe more like 23.30/midnight allowing for delays and things. Would the visa office still be open? I don't have enough time to get one here, i've been told its fine to get one at the airport, but i just want to make sure!

yes you can. i have twice now and will be going back soon.
it cost $50 for 60 or 90 days. first time i went i stayed for 2 months. the second was for 13 days. both cost me $50.
and yes they do visas 24 hours a day there.
