I'm travelling to new Zealand at the end of august and wondered if anyone else was also doing the same and maybe fancied travelling together? as its my first time travelling and slightly daunting...

The WHV was £180. The medical cost £300 (which you have to pay if your going for 23 months) Flights were just under £550 (one way) and travel insurance which will probably come to £200ish for two years, so £1300ish. Ideally looking for someone to travel with while I'm there for a couple of weeks or the duration.

All sounds perfect (and cheep so extra yey!), have you thought about any accommodation yet? and any idea's about what the next step would be? as in trying to arrange a meet up or thinking about starting to coordinate travel times?

I'm looking at it now, and it says I need to give a medical certificate
and chest X-ray certificate. Im kind of confused about what they are, and how to get them. Did you have to give those as well?

Yeah because of the time your going for.. If you good visa bureau and apply on there they ring you to sort payment out then email you about how you get a medical and were to go it takes about 3 months to get granted so the sooner the better really
