Hi Everyone,
The entire city is a party over New Years!
Try to get yourself in to a ticketed event, if you want to have drinks, as every public bar will be absolutely packed. Otherwise, most locals buy their own alcohol and take it with picnic rugs to parks and what not to watch the fireworks. I can personally recommend anywhere around Milsons Point or Circular Quay.
