There's special visas for the purpose of coming to Australia to get married. That should be what you should get: The . (I'm not aware of all the details, so read up on it, but basically getting married on a different type of visa to then stay permanently is frowned upon, while with such a marriage visa it should then be relatively easy to become a permanent resident and work legally. It looks to be quite expensive, but I expect it'll save you a metric boatload of hassle if you go this proper route.)
