Have you tried contacting their embassies in India? Are you just travelling to these destinations, or thinking of working there? The second is obviously much more difficult to get a visa for.
I have been to all of these destinations and found that getting the visa involves the submission of almost identical documents. The common documents required for all these are:
Bank Statements/ 3 years IT papers
Confirmed Hotel booking
Detailed Itinerary
Confirmed Air ticket
OVerseas travel insurance
Leave certificate, if employed
Proof od sufficient funds(it can be either endorsement of foreign exchange on Passports, fixed deposits/share certificates, etc)
China and Italy visa can be done on your own, just fill up the form and carry it along with the documents to the counslate, where Turkey is easily done through a travel agent

the problem is i m not working and my husband is a stock trader .
when we enquired about the visas the travel agents told us it is very difficult for youngsters 2 get so!
hence all thos dillema
It has nothing to do with being young or old !! If u have the required documents, u will be given a visa, else it is very difficult !
