I am planning to make a trip in this winter to Cambodia or Laos to catch up with some old friends who are reuniting. But there seems to be no embassy in Pakistan of either of the countries; it is mentioned on a few sites that visa on arrival is an option for Pakistanis but I don't want to risk this. How do Pakistanis get pre-arrival visa for Cambodia or Laos?
